All orders placed through our site are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by us. We may accept, decline, or limit any order — including orders that appear fraudulent, exceed reasonable household quantities, or contain errors. Your order is confirmed when we send an order confirmation email.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. If you need to change or cancel an order, email hey@scooplatte.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before the order enters fulfillment.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes or shipping unless stated. Promotional pricing, launch pricing, and discounts are available for limited times and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We make every effort to display accurate pricing; if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Scoop Latte is produced in small batches, and inventory is intentionally limited. Products are offered subject to availability, and estimated ship dates are good-faith estimates rather than guarantees. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer a replacement batch date or a full refund.

Scoop Latte is a food product, not a medicine. Statements about our ingredients have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please review the ingredient list before consuming, and consult a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a food allergy or medical condition.

All content on this site — including the Scoop Latte name and logo, product names, packaging, photography, video, copy, graphics, and site design — is owned by or licensed to Scoop Latte LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

When using our site, you agree not to: violate any law; submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts; interfere with the operation or security of the site; scrape or harvest data using automated tools; resell our products without authorization; or upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringing.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Scoop Latte LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
